HOUSING MARKET 2022

We are now well into January 2022 and into what should be on of the busiest months for Estate Agents.

Similar to 2021 the buyer demand is outstripping the supply, with a severe lack of properties arriving to the marketplace.

The buyers registering for properties are generally in a position to proceed on property immediately and prices will continue to increase if this remains the same.

Hopefully stock levels will start to increase over the coming weeks enabling us to satisfy the buyers out there.
